Pay scale is below average and should be reviewed to better match benchmark.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and there is a lot of knowledge and experience on the team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Over worked employees due to shortage of employees and low pay. Hire more people and pay everyone closer to national benchmark.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct Manager is great, but she is limited to what she can do for me. The time spent asking questions like this is a good first step to helping employees be more satisfied, but there is a long way to go.
