Compensation is not competitive when compared to similar companies. Mostly based on favoritism.

I am still waiting to have my siding installed.. It will be exactly a year from when I signed and gave my deposit. They have not responded to my multiple calls..

Fair pay for the smount of work responsibilities. Workload keeps getting heavier
