I love what I do, and the people I work with make it even more enjoyable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team here is incredible. Very smart and hard working people, who also don't take themselves too seriously. It's fun coming to work every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're incredibly smart people with a great vision. They value feedback and new ideas from their employees, which creates an open environment full of collaboration.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The company puts a lot of emphasis on team culture in the interview process, which I think helps us really find the right fit for each open position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is by far and away the most "fun" office I have been in. Everyone here has a great sense of humor, we genuinely enjoy each other's company, and we frequently have team activities and outings. While these are soft perks, it really helps cultivate a positive work environment.
