
Leadership needs to get better at not micromanaging employees. Leadership needs to be better at listening to employees and actually applying the feedback they get in order to make actual changes, such as wage inquiries, overtime inquiries and advancement opportunities.
I believe we should be paid according to our job and duties. TA is grossly underpaid, there are advisors currently making more than us for the level of work and stress we are under on a daily basis. A decent increase in wage that takes in account the current economy is needed.
The pay is the majority of the issue, second the micromanaging, third is the lack of good equipment. WAH employees should be able to operate with laptops and get approvals for them as they are more mobile and less constrictive. Another one is not being able to walk away for a break due to work.
