What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very friendly and easy-going. They also ensure to lend an ears to all the concerns the teammates have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are funny and friendly, they are also easy-going and you can be able to seek help on to them as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Looking forward on learning slowly about the process of the LOB so that we will have atleast an idea once we are at the production.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They have a refrigerator in which you can be able to store the preferred food that you want (in which we don't have in our previous company) and also the free coffee.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am still not quite sure about this since we are like a freshmen for this team and company as well. I'll let you know if we ever experience that one in the future.
