In addition to company RSU, performance bonus is tied to how well the company is doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Growing my software engineering career. Building and shipping software changes in the AI space. Feeling appreciated, which includes having a great workplace that's only possible with a caring team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have a lot of domain experience and as such I'm able to learn from them day to day. They also come in to the office 3 days a week and are willing to share information and knowledge. Lastly, we're working on a super cool AI project.
