The leadership team gives lower teams a lot of autonomy as to how to implement the company strategy.

The people are very talented but also collaborative and willing to jump in or be a second set of ears.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company had a great culture with a hybrid office policy. This meant that people were less stressed and able to do better work. A recent full time return to office policy is undermining that culture.
