Too much workload for the pay and benefits
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun spunky and receptive. They are scrappy and engaged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are going to be working onsite with other workers at the center level. Very humbling to see that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Practice managers who are also pet care-operations managers should be making 75k plus. The pay is very low. If the pay cant be raised then the workload needs to be decreased. The workload is WAY too much. Way too much. More support would help me feel better, less meetings.
