When management is respectful and thankful when the store sales are up, and treat their full time staff with appreciation
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe everyone is dissatisfied with their raises the past two years. Prices on everything has gone up, our wages aren't keeping up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the profits are made at the store level, but the executives and home office get the big salaries, not at the score level. Doesn't make sense
