What do you like best about the leadership team?
poor leadership but great people
My leadership team has always been fair and straight-up with me, especially my direct manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Expanding and getting more diverse executives.
We have a fantastic leader in our CCO. Our sales leadership however needs work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary, bonus and performance pool
Top notch healthcare, 401k contributions, and many other random perks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
low for the industry standards
I am paid WAY too little for the value I bring to the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very kind people and great management in the LA office
I work with some really bright people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need more action taken from meetings, follow ups etc. So we aren't being redundant. Processes could be more efficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
kind people and everyone is helpful
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too many people care about superficial things. These politics hold us back from making the best decisions for our business.
