Helping customers and making the store a better work environment more presentable, safe & friendly, organized and clean. & Of course striving for better sales and less loss always makes you feel happy when you know you're doing a good job at all of these things!

I think for the most part everyone comes in in a good mood and tries to have a good day and be fair with everyone including customers. Each team member is a hard worker. Although I think there should be store meetings and a more General team understanding of how the store is operating

I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback. I am writing to express my concern about compensation as a key holder. My research indicates that my pay is significantly below average and I do as much work as a manager at my current store. It could have been a more positive environment as well.
