When I first bought my drybar oval dryer brush I was in love with it. It made my hair so silky and smooth. I used it the other day and the motor just seized up and now doesn't work. Now I'm out of an expensive hair tool and it was only a year. I hope this can be resolved.
Customer service ny management at the Topanga locatiin. Kelly and Adam are extremelly unprofessional.
I am a barfly member and have moved out of the geographic area. I want to pause my membership and have been told I am unable to do so. The perks of being a barfly are structured that you use it or lose it. This is not good and should be addressed.
