People work as a team to get the work done. The culture is to be respectful of other team members opinions and ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Now that Eargo is a publicly traded company, I'd like to see annual raises, use of stock options/RSUs as an option for rewarding team members, and Benefits on par with larger companies in Silicon Valley (Healthcare, contribution to 401k)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a high level of integrity in our leadership team. They show an uncommon transparency in what they share with the team, are supportive, and are willing to step back and change ways of working based on employee feedback.
