Not sure what the culture is supposed to be

Putting reps in a position to he sucesful right from the start
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall comp is good. The benefit package leaves something to be desired.

We have a lot of employees that are not held accountable for their output and quality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Realistic opportunites to earn commission or a ramp plan that reflects the reality of a new rep
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's tough to know what is meant by culture. I don't know that there is one to speak of.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communicatuon of goals and direcrion of company. I dont see people who have been here for short amount of time being succesful either.
