Too many Sr. Executives and not enough people do get day-to-day work done.

My peers and supporting groups work extremely hard making up for the shortcomings of others. They never stop trying to improve.

Smart, driven people who take pride in their work efforts. Many here for many years and feel a sense of ownership of the outcomes for our customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Certain areas of the company contribute greatly and show tangible results while others talk a good game and never get the touted results. Expectations are high for a core group of employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Asked to wear many hats with no recognition. I read market salary surveys and see what other companies pay for same role and Elemica has some work to do to get to scale in the market.
