yes i was send ir based on hearsay and was not given fair opportunity to explain or defend myself

A lot of Crab mentality specially in Recruitment. We have leaders who are not really fit for the role like Alexia Guevarra

we need to live by our culture eliminate crab mentality fairness needs to be observed and politics needs to be toned down

Yes, our IRs could have been handled better on a timely matter. Investigation should have been done and could have been fair on both parties
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper management has been bias. A lot of unacceptable decisions has been made like Alta being confirmed as Jr Manager given that it was announced prior that she was not confirmed because of a level 3/4 offense she committed. Nt to mention that she is on cleansing period. I lost confidence with us
