Everyone is willing to help you learn and collaborate on ideas/projects to improve areas of the product, customer relations, and workflows.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The overall benefits package is not as good as other companies that I have worked for. A look into better health benefits, company-subsidized benefits, or better retirement programs would be something that could help.
