Generally the people I work with are considerate, open minded, friendly, and professional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fringe benefits are sub-par. 40 hours of sick time isnt adequate for most, and many companies are offering unlimited sick time and its going well. The vacation cap is also low for someone who has been here 20+ years. Generally Esri staff are also underpaid compared to other tech companies.
