You cant run off all the senior workers in the name of inclusion. Actually use the development process instead of paying it lip service and using it as a tool to promote incompetent people.

Working on challenging projects to help shape the future state of our business and department. We are looking at continuous improvement, but not changing for the sake of change.
The people I work with, the tasks that I am assigned. I can not explain it, I get a great deal of satisfaction working in the plants and helping with the Employee Giving Campaign. I am very proud to say that I work for Exelon Corporation.
Too much focus on promotion of the young, and poor communications has lost hundreds of dedicated employees both young and old.
get rid of old timers
