What do you like best about the leadership team?
Family culture in the work environment.
They are very nice but yet still firm
working hard as team leadership

Listening to the agents. We are in the front line and have more knowledge of what customers need and want.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a choice to participate in a deferred compensation program which I take full advantage of.

Similar age group with fresh new mindsets
We have great personalities overall. We stay positive and always look for new ways to assist customers.
They are all so nice and sweet
