The most positive about the culture here is that there is a place for all and ready to accommodate if there isn't. Employees are treated like human adults.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm so happy to work for a company that gives me time to adjust and speak with my fellow co workers. There is a lot of trust and no micromanaging. This makes me want to work harder.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a little above the average, although I do feel like customer support can be paid a couple dollars more to help with competition. This is a great company but many would leave to go to a higher paying job to provide for their families and to live with more comfort if provided and reasonable.
