We all seem to be caring and try to work to move the brand forward.

Vacation and Sick time is separate of each other rather than being in the same basket.

too much going on within the company at one time leading to a lack of focus

I am paid at the minimum level for my current role. More money is what I need
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Invest in the systems to properly serve our customers. Systems being down and other IT issues are sore spots to attracting and retaining employees. We continue to be in silos as different departments which is not a whole bank approach. Leadership doesn't put its money where its mouth is.
