My typical day is good, have good manager and assistance manager helping me out thru the day.

understand the front line workers, Having a good plan is good but sometimes it doesn't fit the realistic.

With the economy and gas price, the hourly paid should be more and benefits about health insurance should be cheaper when compared to people who make more money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a CRR that has income $40k we paid for insurance cheaper than higher up only $20. Insurance should be more affordable with monthly payment and deductible. Health insurance should be better.
