Less competitive salary than other FI's, little negotiating power even with previous experience and education
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them show up on time and ready to work daily. One coworker is consistently inappropriate, late and careless about their work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hourly pay is substantially lower than comparable FI's. Benefits are overpriced and don't cover many needed services. Lower insurance premiums and higher wages would do much more for employees than jeans days or pizza parties.
