The industry average is higher than our compensation. Banks half our size pay better.

Friendliness. People that actually try to help each other and get to know each other.

The culture at FMB is great. Everybody is very easy going and easy to get along with.

An increase in compensation that is in line with the industry norm. If sick time was included in PTO so that we are not punished for not getting.

The company that FMB paid to analyze salaries last year stated we were well below the industry average. If we want to be the best bank, why are our employees paid below average?
