I have the most experience combined with degrees/certificates on my team besides my manager and I'm compensated the least.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do my work without being micromanaged. Micromanaging really causes a lot of stress to me and my coworkers.

Everyone is accepting of differences and doesn't try to change them and also the ability to work from home with less distractions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Aside from my manager I have the most experience in my field. I don't believe that I'm compensated for that knowledge or my degree.

I love my team. They are always there to help, and we all help each other every day. We work as a team and not as individuals

I have over 10 yrs of experience in my field, a bachelor's degree, and a certification, it is not reflected in my compensation, based on the rest of my team.
