What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to hire some quality support staff and get rid of those who consistently have issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct managers are like family. Not sure about what's happening at the top of the mortgage division? We seem to becoming much less efficient. More problems than in the past.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Loan processors, underwriters, and our entire team need to do a better job of working together. Sometimes we get caught up in the "closing numbers" and forget there are people on the other end of every transaction.
