Being able work and execute on projects that help the bank achieve its objectives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K and ESPP. It's also nice having sick days in addition to vacation v.s. just PTO.

The transparency they provide and drive for integrity and honesty. Being able to bring yourself to work.

I value the collaboration we have as a team. And the ability to express views whether they are critical or not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to connect with senior and executive management and be heard as well as the level of sharing that comes from EMT and SMT.
