Everyone's mindset is so positive. Really appreciate the growth mindset demonstrated by people at all levels of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I find the problems I'm solving incredibly interesting. I also love the people I'm solving the problems with (so this is a close second to what makes me most happy at work).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our company has seen a ton of success and rapid growth. This doesn't happen by accident. Therefore, I appreciate the leadership of the exec team in leading us toward success. I also appreciate that some members on the leadership team are going out of their way to communicate the importance of DEI.
