Your gym membership can be comped, which makes keeping your commitment to exercise that much easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company practices what it preaches. I don't get the sense that the company has external values that it is not practicing internally.

I love the 100 dollar fitness stipend, although I wish it would carry over in the event you wanted to buy equipment vs memberships.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is equally committed to owning the project we are working on - I do not feel that I am carrying my team, or my team is carrying me. We share the load.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ownership: one pillar of the company is that we should own the work inside our project. Saying "that's not my job" doesn't move the work forward. Take responsibility and take action. This is an empty promise, it is something that our teams live by.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to change - Theorem believes in an agile approach, and that even applies to org composition and leadership. If the company isnt structured in a way that it can be its most effective, than our leadership will come together to find a more efficient path.
