Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The money we earn as agents are waay to little for the amount of stress and work we have to do to keep the customers happy,there are no incentives or weekend hero bonuses,the fact that we have to pay for transport for being 1/2 days off sick with certificate is not fair
