For the responsibilities we have and the amount of work we handle, we deserve a raise.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would like to work from home. We have been told that because of the accesses we have to an specific tool, that is not possible. However, there are other departments working from home with access to the same tool. Sounds unfair.
