I have a good team where very helpful and understanding agents.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Outside for my same position they are offering 5 LPA but here only 3.5 LPA with minimum increment. And no benefits like Food cards, preferred week offs, leaves on time and changing shift policy every week where agents health in stake.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Well first they need to talk with agents need to listen to their issues and then need to plan a route map how to run the process. But here there is no such planning. There is only monopoly or dictatorship by top management and changing rules and policies by their own and not bothering agent issues.
