is that we help eachother when the people who are supposed to help us don't

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

better pay / working spaces need to cleaned / we should not get our bonus because we are sick annd where is the cafeteria

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

when u get a medical leave you' re not paid for those days as if we do it on purpose and then your bonus gets partially cut off if not all and that is not good , it feels like we don't have the right to be sick
