What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Increase the pay to keep up with the run away inflation brought on by our overpaid legislature.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

raise should include cost of living expenses. if gov workers receive a raise, contractors should receive the same raise at the same time.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Spend more than just an hour or so visiting offices to see what work the employee is actually doing. Performance evaluations should not rely 100% on the customer's comments.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

As an REA, I'm the last person the paralegals communicate with. Communication goes a long way for me to do my job but still I have to beg for information.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raises are only based on the area wage determination scale. Gov employees receives periodic raises, why aren't contractors entitled to the same raise. Company bonuses are a joke. What do I need to do to get a raise and a bonus. I do great work and I am not recognized for it.
