Started of as a well respected place-of-work, but has declined into nothing special....They've become the Walmart of electronics.

They can improve their service and response time. I'm pretty sure that the support is outsourced to somewhere in south Asia (India I think), and the agents just go through the motions when working on your issue. They also don't seem very knowledgeable and clearly perform the repairs steps by rote.
Willingness to help and understand a person who is older and maybe be a little more empathatic.
