I would like to be shown appreciation and felt valued. Ops team does so much to support everyone and that is never shown.

the team i work with directly. My team helps me feel like i am doing something right and i think we work well together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if I have done my best to show my true self and work my hardest to not have any progression or shown room for improvement
