The SL team is transparent with company's goals, charter, financials, and the state of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team members are very open and share their experience and expertise. They help when needed and seek help when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like my experience level is undervalues compared to similar jobs in the industry. Better RSU and better base pay could help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Due to Pandemic there is very little personal interactions with other fellow coworkers. So hard to judge about the culture and environment at the company.
