My team! Being surrounded by some of the coolest creatives I've ever come across.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Relaxed. We work hard, play hard. The culture is almost hard to describe; it's like none other. We're geniuses with laptops, brains and board shorts.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I wasn't local; states away, actually. They accommodated me from start to finish. I felt like family from our first call and things solidified themselves from there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team genuinely devotes themselves to our team's growth, both private and professional. The motivation is like none other; constantly surrounded by a team who's hopes for you are just as high as your hopes for yourself.
What are some of the best things about your team?
By far, the most welcoming, supportive, motivational team I've ever had the pleasure of working with. No egos, no attitudes. Everyone's in great spirits and eager to lend a hand. Working with my team is truly the best part of my daily job.
