They value the ideas of the entire workforce, their willingness to listen, treat their employees as valued members of the organization.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The benefits package desperately needs to be addressed and modernized. Maternity leave is appalling and frankly offensive at one paid week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not competitive, hasn't been for years. With the addition of Amazon in Nashville (whom we've lost multiple employees to) they need to consider retaining their workforce and paying competitively.
