It's a remote position so I can work from home without no issues

We can have a pretty good conversation and make jokes without leaving the workload abandoned

They're friendly and comprehensive about your situation and the reasons you want to be part of the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I asked for a raise 2 weeks ago and I still don't have an answer, when I ask they just give me the run arounds
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to see your best interests but they take too much time to process requests, so you have to pressure them in order to get an answer with the requests "PTO, Salary increase, etc"
