Its gone down badly, it wasnt like this when I first started

This company has helped me in many ways but since pandemic everything has gone down hill. Im currently looking for another job.

We work together we are a work family!

Being able to work at peace

The pay isnt fair. Pay us the $4 added to pay not just straight time.

Being aboe to have a job im blessed but the pay isnt what it should be
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to treat the workers better, they dont speak and they are very rude.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When I get to wotk I dont know where im going. Constantly being moved from brazing to line work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been at the job ovet 6 years and im able to do everything, yet people are coming in making more than i make with less knowledge than i have. Thats not fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First off, allow us to have a voice! Even when we speak on things that can better us its always over looked! Far as pay Im well underpaid! I can do any job and im barely at $20 not to mention cost of living and gas prices. Im barely making it paying bills and taking care of my child.
