They are great group of people, and I wish everyone would come into the office more than they do now

Seeing my co-workers and the very nice new office. I also love the free coffee. Please bring back the free food!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make way too little. I need at least 20 k more as an associate to be happy. I dont even get paid average in the industry for my poistion. Only thing that would make me feel better is more money
