- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I worked there for 5 years. without having a promotion. Only Technically they promoted, but not increase the band or level.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Job scoping/leveling is off by 1, which impacts your salary range. Job is demanding and managers don't like to pay mid-point. They make you feel undeserving if you ask to be paid competitively.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?look for opportunities to enable and empower employees to take calculated risks when trying creative ways to develop business. Looks for ways to help foster this mindset, by removing the roadblocks that short circuit creativity. Establish that the status quo is not acceptable.
