I like that we are reassesing new holidays and adding them as they become known.

Everyone seems to care about each other on a human level, let alone a coworker level
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is nice, but annoying that it only start increasing the January after your 5th year. I was a January hire and had to wait an extra year essentially. Doing it by hire date is a much better way to go about it.
