What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am compensated fairly so it is not something I put much thought in to.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have autonomy and self-direction with all the support I need from my team, my manager, and my leadership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team genuinely cares about each and every one of us as individuals. No 'one size fits all' policies and procedures. They treat each of us like professionals and support us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet my entire team...and the interview was structured to allow me to display my skills and knowledge instead of testing and looking for a reason not to hire me. Positive experience!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They recognize that each of us is an individual with individual needs. For example, they dropped off a care package at my house with bubbles for the kids, treats for the dogs, and other snacks for my wife and I.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team cares about each other, more than just getting the work done. When one of us is struggling, we rally to assist. When one of us has a great day, we all celebrate together! For the first time in my career I feel like I am on a real team, not just a collection of individuals.
