When I complete a project on time with no issues or hiccups.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never had a single issue with anyone on my team. Everyone seems to be likeminded and moving towards a collective goal that benefits everyone as a whole.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is constantly under what the national and state averages are for my position. I realize the cost of living is slightly less here in Cache Valley, but I still want to be paid fairly.
