What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are Boeing puppets in my opinion
Very accessible, mingle with the rest of the employees and listen to feedback actively
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to do a better job at communication and transparency. Leadership also needs to hire managers who are qualified and not just because they are your friend.
Communication and clear understanding of roles the people that report to them are.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full benefits. Everything is 100% covered
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes i feel undervalued, what would make it better would be after working here 5 years i would like to make more then the new kid just hired
Other companies pay much better
After almost 3 years, 4 bosses and many hours (all unrecognized), I was never compensated or even acknowledged for the work i had accomplished. It was very disappointing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People take time to help even if its not their required job tasks
We get the job done, with no direction and no communication, we are still able to figure out what's important and what will make the company run.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Yes they need real world skills like communication and to not think they know everything, quit blaming others for things they break and talking about things they know nothing about and acting like they know it all.
This is a company where people are fond of saying "that's not my job". People are not willing to help out even when they can. A lot of people are disrespectful and toxic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can easily jump teams and be a part of whatever you want
They used to have a lot of perks like monthly BBQs, team building activities, and free lunch/dinner
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the company needs to care more about their workers
The people around are great. The culture is on the surface is great until you realize how dysfunctional the company actually is. It was a constant roller coaster.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was very casual and i did not feel any preasure.
It wasn't very rigid, ended up in a webex call just screen sharing pictures of stuff I worked on in college and chatting about them informally

it used to be the people and the way the company treated their employees.
The coffee in the break room is great

People need to be put in management and leadership positions who actually know what they are doing and how to lead people.
The company is growing without proper management.
