Leadership needs to do a better job at communication and transparency. Leadership also needs to hire managers who are qualified and not just because they are your friend.

Other companies pay much better
After almost 3 years, 4 bosses and many hours (all unrecognized), I was never compensated or even acknowledged for the work i had accomplished. It was very disappointing.
Yes they need real world skills like communication and to not think they know everything, quit blaming others for things they break and talking about things they know nothing about and acting like they know it all.
This is a company where people are fond of saying "that's not my job". People are not willing to help out even when they can. A lot of people are disrespectful and toxic.
the company needs to care more about their workers
The people around are great. The culture is on the surface is great until you realize how dysfunctional the company actually is. It was a constant roller coaster.
