The non-management staff mostly cares about each other.

Being at work anymore is no longer enjoyable.

Listening to their employees. Offering a better compensation package.

Today, I think they will hire anyone with a pulse.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The staff cares about the product they put out. Hiwever, that is slowly changing under the current culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise. Havent had one since Nexstar bought the company. People who did get a raise received just over a 1% raise.
